From the first draft to the live domain, Maeva Digital focuses on elegant visuals, useful customer flows, clear documentation, and dependable site care.
Brand-aligned pages, responsive layouts, polished copy sections, and a structure that makes sense for the way your customers buy.
Logo concepts, brand direction, color palettes, typography suggestions, and simple brand pieces that make the website feel intentional.
Maeva-managed hosting options, domain connection guidance, SSL setup, redirects, launch checks, and clear next steps.
Uptime checks, SSL reminders, backup awareness, domain notes, and quick visibility into what changed on a live site.
Small edits, content refreshes, improvement logs, documentation updates, and support so your website does not become a mystery later.
A website project is more than choosing colors. These are the pieces that help your site look credible, work correctly, and stay understandable after launch.
We organize the site around what visitors need to know before they trust you, contact you, buy from you, or book a service.
If you do not have a logo or brand direction yet, we can help create a clean starting identity that works across your website, PDFs, email signature, favicon, and social profiles.
When a site needs more than static text, we can add request forms, document uploads, PDF viewing, customer portals, and admin-friendly workflows.
We help with the practical launch pieces that often slow people down: domain connection, hosting choices, SSL, redirects, forms, and final checks.
If you want a designer who also cares about where the website lives, what your support window covers, and how future changes will be tracked, this is the sweet spot.
Service providers, local businesses, creators, personal brands, events, online portfolios, and businesses that need a cleaner website foundation.
Older sites can be redesigned, reorganized, documented, moved to better hosting, or given clearer forms and support paths.
Full e-commerce stores, large apps, SEO campaigns, advertising, and complex portals are quoted separately after scope review.
Client guides, branded PDFs, receipt templates, project portals, maintenance logs, support forms, and care plans can be added as needed.
Maeva Digital is built around practical sites: ordering, invoicing, pet records, financial tracking, wedding planning tools, guest RSVPs, and client portals.
Product requests, flavor pages, email notifications, admin tools, and quote management for a custom treats business.
Accounts, medical records, uploads, support pages, iOS companion flow, and ongoing version-tracked improvements.
Paycheck-based planning with bill tracking, savings goals, debt tools, and a clear view of upcoming obligations.
Customer and contractor portals, work orders, digital contracts, policy flows, PDFs, and service management.
A private planning workspace for RSVPs, guest lists, tasks, vendors, budgets, and wedding-day details. Personal information is concealed in this preview.
The common thread is practical design: websites that look polished but also support real business tasks behind the scenes.

Additional work is scoped and quoted before it begins.

The process is designed to keep decisions simple and make sure the final site is easy to maintain after launch.
Define the offer, pages, customer actions, inspiration, and must-have features.
Create the visual direction, page structure, calls to action, and responsive layouts.
Turn the approved direction into a working site with forms, admin flows, and content.
Set up DNS, hosting, SSL, backups, deployment notes, and monitoring basics.
Instead of asking you to know every technical decision upfront, we move through the project in stages: scope, content, design, build, review, launch, and handoff.
You send the project request, inspiration, business details, timeline, and any files that help explain the direction.
We review what you need, recommend the right package, note anything custom, and send a clear proposal with pricing and timeline.
You provide logo files, photos, copy, domain access, hosting details, and any must-have business information.
We build the site, check the experience on desktop and mobile, and gather feedback before the final launch work.
The site is connected to the domain, tested, documented, and wrapped with support timing and next-step notes.
You do not need everything perfect, but these details make quoting and building much smoother.
Send any existing brand files, inspiration links, screenshots, or examples of websites you like and dislike.
The clearer your offer is, the easier it is to structure pages that help visitors understand what to do next.
For launch work, we may need domain registrar access, hosting access, DNS records, or account permissions.
Send the basics first. You do not need to have every detail figured out before reaching out.

New pages or sections, major redesigns, new layouts, online stores, customer portals, dashboards, custom applications, large content rewrites, SEO campaigns, advertising, strategy work, and third-party account management.

Clear expectations make for better working relationships. Here is how Maeva Digital handles payments, project scope, support, privacy, and ownership.
Last updated: June 2026
All Launch Page and Business Website projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. The remaining 50% is due before final launch, file handoff, or project delivery.
Website Care is billed monthly. Service begins after payment setup or the first monthly payment is received. Either party may pause or cancel monthly care with written notice before the next billing cycle.
Small updates and one-off requests outside of a support window or care plan are paid upfront or invoiced with a minimum charge of $35.
If a final payment is not received by the agreed date, Maeva Digital reserves the right to pause delivery, delay launch, or hold final files until payment is resolved.
Each project package includes a defined scope outlined in the proposal. For Launch Pages, this typically includes one custom responsive page with up to five core sections. For Business Websites, this includes up to five designed pages with contact forms, basic SEO setup, and launch deployment.
New pages, redesigns, new features, e-commerce systems, customer portals, dashboards, or large content changes are not included in the original package price. These are quoted separately before any additional work begins.
Extra sections beyond the starter scope can be added for $50 - $150 each, depending on complexity. If the project grows significantly beyond a one-page scope, Maeva Digital may recommend upgrading to a Business Website package instead.
Rush turnaround fees apply when a compressed timeline changes the normal workflow. Rush fees range from $100 - $400 depending on project scope and timing.
Launch Page and Business Website packages include 30 days of limited launch support for small fixes, handoff questions, and basic troubleshooting. This period begins the day the site goes live.
Website Care includes up to 30 minutes per month of support tasks such as small edits, status checks, reminders, and documentation updates. Unused time does not roll over to the following month.
Maeva Digital responds during normal working hours. Website Care is not 24/7 emergency coverage unless separately agreed upon. Care clients receive priority response compared to non-care clients.
Monthly care does not include new pages, major redesigns, new systems, large content rewrites, SEO campaigns, advertising, strategy work, or third-party account management. These are quoted as separate projects.
To keep projects on schedule and ensure the best results, clients are expected to:
Provide final text, images, logo files, and brand guidelines in a timely manner. Provide domain access, hosting credentials, and any necessary account logins. Review designs and provide feedback within agreed timelines. Approve final designs before launch or deployment. Notify Maeva Digital of any renewal dates, domain changes, or third-party access updates.
If required content, approvals, or access are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, Maeva Digital may pause the project timeline. Work will resume once the needed materials are received.
Domain registration, hosting, email services, plugins, stock photography, subscriptions, and other third-party tools are the client's financial responsibility. Maeva Digital can help with setup and guidance but does not cover these costs.
If a client cancels a project after the deposit has been paid and work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit covers the time already spent on planning, design work, and any materials prepared for the project.
If a project is cancelled after significant work has been completed, Maeva Digital may invoice for additional hours beyond the deposit, based on the work delivered.
Monthly Website Care can be cancelled at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. The client retains access to their website and any documentation provided during the care period.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final website files, content, and design assets created specifically for their project. This includes HTML, CSS, images, and any custom code delivered as part of the project.
Maeva Digital retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, on the Maeva Digital website, and in marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Stock images, fonts, plugins, and third-party tools used in the project remain subject to their original licensing terms. Maeva Digital will note any third-party dependencies in the project handoff documentation.
When you submit a project request through maevadigital.com, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and any files you upload. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage your project.
Your information is used to communicate about your project, send proposals and invoices, deliver project files, and provide ongoing support if you are a Website Care client. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Project files, client information, and uploaded documents are stored securely. Sensitive credentials such as passwords and account access details are handled carefully and documented only where appropriate for project handoff.
The Maeva Digital website does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Maeva Digital only requests access credentials that are directly necessary for project work, such as domain registrar logins, hosting panels, or CMS access. Passwords are handled carefully and are not stored in casual notes or unsecured locations.
After project completion, clients are encouraged to update any passwords that were shared during the project. Access documentation provided in handoff notes is kept to the minimum needed for the client to manage their own website going forward.
If you have questions about any of these policies or need clarification on how they apply to your project, reach out through the contact form or email support@maevadigital.com. We are happy to walk through any details before you commit to a project.
